Should I choose Pro or Team?
Pro adds image and file uploads, drawings, whiteboards, databases and public note links to your personal workspaces, and lets you keep more than one. Team is for a shared workspace where you write with other people. They are separate subscriptions: a Team seat does not upgrade your personal workspaces to Pro. You can keep your personal account on Free and join a paid Team workspace.
How does the free trial work?
Create a free account, then start a 14-day Pro trial from your account billing settings, or create a shared workspace to start a Team trial. No credit card is required. At the end, choose a paid subscription to keep the paid features. You will not be charged automatically without subscribing.
Who pays for Team seats?
The workspace owner pays one bill for everyone in that shared workspace, including their own seat. Teammates do not need their own paid subscription to join. Each shared workspace is billed separately, and seat changes are prorated.
What happens if I cancel or my trial ends?
You keep paid access until the end of your billing period or trial. Pro then returns to Free: your notes stay editable, and images, files, drawings, boards and databases you already have stay readable, but you can't add new ones. A Team workspace becomes read-only. Your notes and exports remain available in either case.
