No. Your personal workspace stays separate. Creating or joining a shared workspace does not move its notes or reveal them to the people in that workspace.

Free includes up to 30 notes and 3 projects. You can keep reading and editing what you already have at the limit; upgrade or remove something before creating more.

Yes. Account settings includes a self-service JSON export of your account data, so you can download it without contacting support.
